What does it mean to lead with integrity in a way that fosters a healthy, ecologically sound, and meaningful Jewish experience? In this workshop, we will explore the term "eco-kosher" and discover why, as Jews, what we eat matters, not only for our personal wellbeing, but also for the health of our entire planet.

Cherina Eisenberg serves as cantorial soloist at Temple Sinai in Brookline and is a student rabbi with ALEPH: Alliance for Jewish Renewal. A Jewish educator and certified chef, she promotes a joyful, healthy and vibrant Judaism that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit.
